“When we purchased the land, we put in all the services, roads, we began building a place where seniors can have fun, live affordably but most important we built an adult lifestyle community that we could be proud of building and owning “.
Our first home came in 2005 as a model home. It was all, and still is great fun!
Our children have helped us grow and take care of the park.
We were growing so fast you could see the whole family building the park together, putting homes together, cutting the grass, shoveling snow, taking care of the landscape, the gardens, or even looking after the needs of our new clients.
