Maple Lane Park is a community based park.
Giving some piece of mind to those seniors and their families that worry about being alone. We have a library,
community events, get togethers, bbq’s and list goes on regarding things to do, you can be as involved as you would like, just know as a community we are here for you!

Community living certainly is a fun and quickly growing way of life. People living in Maple Lane Park have been living this lifestyle in the South while they vacationed for years. It makes sense financially to both live and vacation in this style of living. You enjoy the lifestyle while vacationing in Mexico, Florida, or Arizona, and then you come home to loads of maintenance in the spring . It was time for a change. We moved to The Park and have enjoyed it very much, says one of the residents. Another resident says this leaves us more time for the things we really enjoy like golfing and entertaining. Another resident was heard to say that they felt that this lifestyle offered them more freedom as compared to living in an apartment. Here you decorate your lawn and gardens as you choose. And you can BBQ if you like where in some apartments that is not allowed.
